Introduction

In this guidebook you will learn how to use three tools to help you connect with your body's messages and trust your inner wisdom so you can process life's challenges and heal your life.

Pt. 1 Connect with Your Emotions

Physical sensations and emotions are interdependent. Our bodies are feeling instruments. Intense emotions sometimes trigger fear and discomfort. Learn to gently unlock & release suppressed emotions. Set your body free.

Pt. 2  Use Words of Encouragement

Self-critical thoughts stifle our growth and make us feel bad about ourselves. Use my compassionate re-frame process to break free of self-judgment, transform shame, and feel less anxious.

Pt. 3  Express Your Truth

Use journaling and expressive art to integrate your healing process. Find the voice of compassion within that is always there to help you create inner peace. Create new ways of being that feel right for you.

I'm Rachel Chase and I love harnessing the power of emotions to access inner wisdom and create space for a more peaceful life to emerge.

It didn't used to be this way. I lived in fear of my emotions for a long time. When I was younger, anxiety gripped me and my stomach would pang with nausea.

I bypassed my own frustration and unconsciously mastered emotional suppression. I internalized the pain of loved ones and the weight of others' sadness. Trauma has been a long time companion.

One day in 2002, all attempts to escape from and numb the pain caused my nervous system to break down. The entire left side of my body was paralyzed. (Get the guidebook to find out more!)

She is a Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Certified Reiki Master Teacher,
Certified Mindfulness Life Coach, and Certified BQH Practitioner (Quantum Healing Hypnosis).
She has been hosting workshops, trainings, and women's circles in many forms since 2006.
