- Use practical applications of self-compassion from the arts of mindfulness, humanistic and transpersonal psychology, somatic wisdom, energy work, and intuitive creativity to heal your heart and your relationships.
(course outline below - Learn how to hold compassionate space for yourself and share self-compassion wisdom with others.
- Addressing the need: Humanity is craving a way out of its suffering. The only way out is in. And the only way to bear sitting in the suffering is to use self-compassion very directly, honestly, and freely.
- In this course: We go deep into the tools to break free of the prison of judgement and criticism. By using specific practices, we transform self-doubt and low self-esteem into courageous authenticity and conscious self awareness.
- Self-compassion is potent medicine teaching us how to use the raw energy of the vulnerable self for courage and a deeper more fulfilling experience of life. Directly integrating it in your life will help others do the same.
- Each meeting presents applications of self-compassion, mindfulness, energy work, holistic depth psychology, somatic inquiry, and creative process for emotional, physical, and relational well-being.
- Self-expression is a vital part of transforming one's emotions and integrating the subconscious and conscious minds. For true heart healing to occur, the act of expressing one's internal experience must be a part of the process.

Practices to help you reconnect with and honor your natural essence of being. Using the power of compassionate witnessing, you will do a daily practice of honoring, grounding, and acknowledging. The purpose is to focus the energy of your heart-mind connection.
- This is where we begin to notice what areas we need to address that need healing.
Week 3: Applications of Self-Compassion.
How to use self-compassion to heal the wounds of the past, clear the destructive energy of shame, and gently navigate life’s ebbs and flows.
- Going deeper into the past and present, we learn how to directly engage with shame rather than running from it. sometimes we call this 'shadow work.'
Week 4: The Keys to Forgiveness.
Engage in the practice of releasing resentment so that you can be free from the shackles of blame and engage more directly with the here and now of life.
- Forgiveness can be very challenging especially for egregious abuses. In this work, we are working with forgiveness as an ongoing process. This week will be pivotal as we begin the process of radical self awareness about ways we might be living according to others' ideas of what we 'should' be doing. We will release judgment about this and use self-compassion to find our way back to our truth.
Week 5: Quantum Heart Healing.
Using the power of our human heart collective field of energy and the natural rhythm of giving and receiving to expand beyond perceived limitations.
- By using the energy of our hearts, we begin to open to greater capacity to deeply feel compassion in our bodies and learn to feel safe in connection with others. this helps us put others at ease by grounding in neutrality.
Week 6: Opening to Presence.
Dive deep into the miraculous energy that each moment provides when we practice the art of listening.
- As we rise to the occasion to show ourselves compassion for everything we are and all that we feel, we release the habit of worrying if others are judging us.
Week 7: Ancestral Healing.
Being mindful of our roots and the inherited programming helps us transform the pain of the past and create a more beautiful future for all.
Week 8: Break (June 9th)
- putting into practice the act of ending agreements with anything that is out of alignment with our true self.
Week 9: Inner Child Connection.
The child within you who wants validation, attention, and understanding is your constant companion. We will practice ways of taking care of those needs daily.
Week 10: Integrative Co-creation.
